The Public Library service is provided to the residents of Midland through their tax dollars. Membership is free to all residents of the Town of Midland, the Township of Tiny and the Township of Oro-Medonte. The library is completely accessible with a wheelchair ramp and an elevator. Free parking is available nearby.

Books, magazines, talking books, large print books, newspapers, ebooks, audiobooks, PS3 games, CDs and DVDs.
Children's Services
Story-times, crafts, Saturday show-times, class and group visits.
Five touchscreen computers for children (ages 12 and under) to play games and read online
Reference, research, local history and miscellany
Reference service with ten internet workstations, word processing, inter-library loan, computer orientation, genealogy, local history, archives, Midland Free Press 1900 to present, federal-provincial documents, e-reference, shut-in service, fax, photocopier, boardroom rental and bus tickets sold.
