  • The Committee of Adjustment is comprised of three members
    • Ruth Hackney - Chair
    • Chris Millington - Vice-Chair
    • Terry Gibbons - Member
  • The Committee of Adjustment, as appointed by Council, has authority, under The Planning Act, to review and make decisions on applications regarding planning matters pertaining to the severance of land and minor variances to the regulations of the Zoning By-law.
